Holosun HS510C is an open reflex red dot sight from Holosun’s iconic 510 series, combining a large viewing window, Multi-Reticle System, solar-assisted operation, motion activation and an integrated Quick Detach mount for Picatinny rails.
The main housing is made from aluminium and protected by a titanium protective hood. Its red Super LED provides up to 50,000 hours of operation when using the 2 MOA dot only, while the construction is rated to IP67.
HS510C uses Holosun’s MRS – Multi-Reticle System, allowing the user to select between three display configurations according to preference and application.
A fine 2 MOA central red dot provides a clean viewing picture with minimal visual obstruction.
The large 65 MOA circle is available as a separate selectable configuration within the MRS system.
The combined mode displays the 65 MOA circle together with the 2 MOA central dot.
The integrated solar module supports optic operation and brightness management when suitable ambient light is available.
In Auto Mode, the solar system monitors ambient light and automatically controls reticle intensity.
The CR2032 battery remains a primary backup power source, while the solar module adds another layer of operating security under suitable lighting conditions.
Shake Awake™ monitors optic movement. After a period of inactivity, the system can enter a power-saving state, and movement automatically reactivates the reticle.
Movement reactivates the electronics without requiring manual power-up each time.
The system remembers the last-used setting and restores it when the optic is activated again.
HS510C provides a total of 12 brightness settings: 10 for daylight use and 2 compatible with night-vision devices.
One of the strongest practical features of the HS510C is its integrated Quick Detach – QD mount. The locking lever allows quick attachment and removal from a standard Picatinny rail.
The lever system eliminates the need to repeatedly loosen conventional mounting screws every time the optic is removed.
The factory QD mount places the optical axis at approximately 1.41", corresponding to an absolute co-witness configuration.
The main HS510C body is aluminium, while the upper and side area surrounding the large viewing window is protected by a titanium hood.
The aluminium construction provides a stable base for the electronics and optical module.
The external titanium frame adds further mechanical protection around the open viewing window.
